From the design methodology to the development style the goal is to move rapidly from your dream to its deployment, while providing high quality and value for your investment.  Following project phases that include, Requirements, Design, Proofs, Development, and Testing, a  typical project timeline is set to a 120 days cycle, to help the clients reach the market while your ideas are still new.

Methodology to Success

Using Modified eXtreme Programming and Agile Methodologies, Shawn can rapidly craft your dreams into reality.   While XP places a great deal of emphasis on jumping into development as quickly as possible, most successful developers using XP have adopted a “modified” style that places more emphasis on usable design and requirement documents being completed before coding.   

This is where the Agile Methodology becomes the standard, focused on recognizing those concepts, code, and processes that through reuse will speed up and provide a more stable system to the customer.
